YA ALBI was created by a mother and daughter duo, representing the second and third generations of Palestinian-Americans. After a decade in fashion, Yasmeen sought to honor her heritage, while her mother, Suzanne, a lifelong activist, has tirelessly advocated for the Palestinian cause. Together, they founded YA ALBI to reflect their shared healing journey. Launched in 2024, YA ALBI is a celebration of olive oil, serving as a living link to Palestine. Each bottle tells a story, offering a daily tribute to their homeland and embodying active Palestinian resistance. This olive oil is produced in the West Bank, with a commitment to supporting local farmers through fair wages. Founded by this dedicated duo from San Francisco and Los Angeles, who carry the legacy of their family uprooted in 1969, YA ALBI aims to reconnect the Palestinian diaspora with their roots.
